Computers are really important now. I don\’t know anyone who would say they are not interested in computers, or not interested in computers at all. This is because I once attended college, mainly through distance learning. Typically, I attended college in person twice a week. I went to college and studied online the rest of the week. I think this is also elegant. In my opinion, if you look up all the benefits and information about having a computer at home, you can\’t go wrong.
But I have a young son who is 5 years old and he has a computer and cell phone too. I don\’t understand why everyone around me grumbles about such a small child having a computer and cell phone, but what is wrong with that? We are living in the latest century, and I believe that we are in the technological age. The technological age demands that everyone deserves what they actually want. It makes sense that my son doesn\’t spend much time on his cell phone or computer. So I don\’t understand at all why people are grumpy or bothered that my son is using a computer or cell phone.
It\’s my job. My son has his own slide in the yard, he has his own swing set. We have chickens, cats, and dogs, so my son likes to play with them, he goes to his grandma\’s house next door, he goes to the neighbors\’ houses. So my son is not on the computer all the time, as many people think. My ex-partner also complains about this and says he will report it to social services. Yes, that is very unfortunate, but unfortunately there is nothing I can do about it, so I have to act as I see fit.”
