I always wanted a good computer at home that could load websites quickly. I had graduated from high school, but I still wanted to learn more. Of course, I didn\’t want to give up my job. It was my dream job. I worked for a company that made mattresses. I was an operator\’s assistant there and really enjoyed it. I also worked at a receptionist downtown, but that was mostly phone and computer work. I really enjoyed just having a computer around. I loved tech stuff and websites, and computers were and still are my biggest hobby. That\’s why I took the plunge into distance learning for an online school using computers.
What an advantage! Thank God for computers! I was 6 or 7 years old when I got my first computer. At first I had a hard time understanding how to use it, but I got the hang of it. I even started to build my own website.
But the computer really kept me company in life. Not a day goes by that I don\’t sit in front of the computer doing something, studying, or taking an online exam. And it\’s not like I do a lot of silly things on the computer, as my grandmother would have you believe. My grandmother thinks I just play games and look at pictures on the computer. But that\’s not true. I use the computer mostly for work and school. That is, at home, for online school. And at night to relax. I like to watch movies on the computer at night. So no wonder I use the computer for long hours. So I got a really nice computer and a fast website too. I can\’t be without my computer anymore. What do you guys do? Do you work online or study remotely? Then you don\’t need a computer and the Internet at all. And there\’s no shame in having a computer on all the time, since a computer and a good website are almost a necessity nowadays. I don\’t turn it off at all. If it\’s just for work, I really do look at the Web every day.
